Saturday, May 22nd, 2010I need to get back to my pre- pregnancy body, I hate the way my body looks. I had my son 2.5 months ago so the weight needs to go, like NOW.
And I was wondering if anyone knew of any good fitness and exercise DVDs that you could get at walmart, target or places like that. I’m looking for one that can help tone all over and lose weight.
Also would wearing ankle weights help lose weight, I ask because one of my friends said to do that.

Friday, May 21st, 2010I start of doing 15 minutes on the exercise bike then squats, plies, the plank, lunges, side leg lifts, sit-ups && if im feeling like i have any energy left i do that all over again (bike then exercises). If i do this everyday will i lose any weight, tone up??
btw i weigh 8 stone im 5’5 && it is mainly my legs that need working because my upper is absoutely fine with no exercise i guess all my food just goes to my bottom half loll

I’d like to say I have a built chest, arms ,legs and shoulders and nice abs, but my back is really skinny and I want to get it caught up with the rest of my muscles, so does any one know any really good back exercises or workout routines?

Thursday, May 20th, 2010I weigh 304 and I am 5″11 I am trying to lose 70 lbs…I am currently aiming on going to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ( or 3 other days out the week) to do one hour of cardio (exercise bike, or treadmill..no weights) and maybe 30 minutes in the sauna…If I eat properly would I be able to see results..I’m not in a rush or anything, I just want to get in shape before I transfer to a larger university next year =) lol
Would there be any dietary supplements you recommend to help burn fat also..
