Why do i gain weight even if i do cardio and weight training?

I lost about 8-10 pounds in about 2 months. I try to eat healthy, get all my necessary nutrients, do 30 minute jogging about 4-5 days a week, and do weight training every other day. But since last week, i gained back like 2-3 pounds, is it muscle weight or something else? if it is, how would i know if i am still losing weight?

if you exercise but drink water while doing so do you actually gain weight?

or is it just like..water weight becasue of how much water you consumed. for example like…if you burn all the calories youve eaten but drank alot did you actually gain weight or not? (yeah. im retarded. but it confuses me greatly)

Im jogging 3 miles in the morning and hen later in the day weight training but i can not keep up a five day routine even with two days of resting. I seem to crash when i try to start back my routine.

Is it better to do cardio and weight training on separate days?

I have been working out doing 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training 5 days a week. I inquired about what is best, to do the cardio before or after, and all the answers I got told me I should be doing them on separate days. Is this accurate?
