I am still pretty out of it but as soon as I get back together and everything I am planning on working out more.
I still feel and look pregnant! I gained about 30 lbs during the pregnancy and had her a 5 weeks early.Any suggestions on losing belly/baby fat?
What are ways to train for running?(For speed and stamina)?

I pratice running a mile at least 3 times a week but are there better ways?

Saturday, May 1st, 2010I use to do parkour, but now im into breakdancing. Ive been bboying for a couple months so ive gotten pretty good. One of my friends that does parkour told me about this guy who does breaking and parkour kidna mixed. Can anyone think of anyways to combine ANY breaking moves with ANY parkour moves? Please help!

Friday, April 30th, 2010i am a teenager, and so that means i will gain and loose pounds just from hormones. but i want to be fit and slim all the way through. i am currently working out to “8 minute abs” on youtube, and i feel the burn so i think its working. today i am going to start walking my dog, because i hear that walking is better exercise than jogging. is this true? please give me some other ways to exericise that are’nt too intense, give me abs, and keep me fit.
