I had a baby two years ago, and it seemed okay at first to have this excess belly fat but now that she is TWO YEARS OLD, I have no excuses anymore. I have been doing my daily exercise regime, walking two miles, crunches, push-ups, sit-ups, leg pushes…but I am getting bored with it all, and the results are slow. I also don’t have the money right now to join an expensive gym. Does anyone have any ideas, or any insight from personal experience?

other ways to increase my stamina for basketball?

anyone know ways to increase ur stamina for basketball other then running? any other drills that can help increase stamina or whatever in basketball…that helps u get better and shooting dribbling and everything lol im ok at all of them but i want to be really good at them im a powerforward but i do play small forward sometimes
i got my foul shot set well set…and how does dribbling a tennis ball help? drills for the tennis ball?

my legs were just gone today, ways of improving overall stamina whilst running/sprinting?

hey, today i played my first competitive feild hockey in 2 months, juring that time ive done very little training, :/ appart from sit ups, and jogging,

i was fine first half, but in the last 20 minutes, i could jog just fine, but i could not sprint, i felt like i had litrally no legs and that they would just collapse on me at any moment

i did my usual pre match warm-ups, and i played pretty well (scored twice), but at then end i had nothing left in my tank, to lay power down, i could jog just fine, but not sprint

how i can i make things the way they used to be and re-gain my full match fitness??????????

Ways to exercise your dogs… when…?

What are some ways to help exercise your dogs when you don’t have a fenced yard to let them roam in (have a yard, a very rocky yard that’s built by a cliff, just not fenced) and there are no dog parks here (I wouldn’t allow my dogs to interact unleashed with other dogs anyways, plus I do not trust their recalls just yet) and walking all three of them while trying to push a stroller is impossible.

They do wrestle a lot during the day with each other, and we (the boyfriend and I) do take them up the mountain for a nice long off leash run (no other people or dogs around, isolated). This usually happens on the weekends, and only the weekends. Weekdays are harder to coordinate our schedules together (I work evenings, he works days).

I really want my dogs to be exercised and toned, but I’m finding it hard. What are some ways you help keep your dogs active and exercised?
Why didn’t I think of that? I got NICE steep stairs! LOL

Running Stamina? ways to increase it?

Hey,
well I just started running to get in better shape for high school. I’m nearly 14 and can run a regular mile in like 10 minutes…My freshman year P.E. class has an important test where I need to run 5 miles, every mile time should be around the same..I just can’t do that as even 1-2 miles can wear me out, I have insomnia, so I don’t get the required sleep I need to make these goals easily. So, the real question: How can I be able to run 5 miles without completely wearing myself out? All answers appreciated, thanks.
