Eating tips for healthy weight loss?
Wednesday, May 12th, 2010I’m trying to lose some weight the healthy way; by eating right and exercising more. I’m just looking for some tips on ways to eat healthy foods. For example; eating a piece of fruit for breakfast, or substituting certain foods for others. I’ll take anything. I’m not being obsessive about it, but I’m just looking for some simple things I can do to lose some weight.

Wednesday, May 12th, 2010I’m a girl of 15 and I’m a little taller than 5’6″. I weigh 179 pounds. (I do look like I weigh less, though)
I’m going to run a mile on the treadmill every night, and I take karate three times a week for an hour. How long will it take for me to lose thirty pounds?
Also, are there any tips I should follow besides good diet and exercise; in terms of ways to sit, sleep, etc.

After recovering from a knee injury, I am returning back to wrestling practice/conditioning – any tips?
Tuesday, May 11th, 2010I am a little more than nervous for when I return back to wrestling practice and conditioning. Our team has some of the most intense practices of the season during Xmas break, and due to a knee strain I haven’t been to conditioning in about a week and a half. With very little physical exercise over the past week I am nervous on the consequences. I eat generally healthy compared to most people, however I do confess on eating some holiday treats like cookies in moderation. Any tips on how to recover my cardio after my recovery period? Anyone been in a similar situation? Any tips/advice would help!

Sunday, May 9th, 2010I plan on losing at least 30 pounds over the summer. I attempted to diet last year, but I didnt stick to it. I know I have to eat a well balanced diet and exercise. I need some tips on how to lose weight before school starts again. I would like to surprise my friends when I come back. Also, are there any foods that help me lose the weight? I do eat some fruits./vegetables and stay away from junk food. Are there any exercise activities that would help? Lastly, did anyone have any diets that worked very well?
I would love to start doing parkour, but I have no idea where to start. Any tips?
