im 15weeks pregnant for my 1st baby..ive read some pregnancy articles that walking is the best and easiest exercise for pregnant women, but on my case, im nver fond of going outdoors to exercise..eversince i got pregnant, i just stay inside our house, not doing any exercise. i also read that exercising while pregnant, will help oregnant women for their upcoming labor. i would just like to ask if there is any other exercises good for my pregnancy?

My front of my leg has been hurting from jogging?

My left leg been hurting. It the front part by the bone below the knee. Should I worry and see a doctor? I ran today it still kind of hurt. I only did two miles. I hate to damage my legs so I think I am going to quit running for a while. Do you think I should find another exercise to running? I normally jog 8 miles a day. I it is going to mess up legs then I quit in a heart beat. Should I worry?
Is this normal?

is it okay to skip exercise if i walk from school to home?

i walk home from school now and i just started exercising on my treadmill yesterday, is it okay to skip exercise if i walk home from school? it takes me about about an hour to get home, (with speed walking). my house is kinda far lol, this counts as exercise right? would this intefere with my regular exercise on the treadmill, or is it okay/the same?

How do I lose leftover Belly Fat after going from 178lbs to 156lbs?

I weigh 156lbs, used 2 weigh 178lbs but lost it through exercise and dieting……What meals can I stick 2 to help me lose that belly fat? Should I eat 5 meals a day 2 boost my metabolism? Take diet pills 4 the extra energy? I currently run 2 miles in 14 minutes and 30 seconds…

Help from vegans please?

Last night I read an article/watched some videos about how horribly they treat chickens and cows in order to get eggs and milk, and how they kill female cows to get an enzyme from their stomach just to make cheese. I was a vegetarian before, but after that I want to be vegan. I have not had any animal products at all today, and I have a headache, feel weak, and am pale.. I’ve always been thin (100 lbs at 5’7″), and am worried that going vegan might make me lose even more weight. I’d just like some help, and some suggestions on what to eat to stay healthy. Just tell me anything about the vegan diet: recipes, tips, etc. Is it worth going vegan, or should I stick to my vegetarian diet?

No stupid answers please.

When walking or jogging on the treadmill, why is wrong to breathe from the mouth?

I just recently started jogging/walking on the treadmill and an exercise guru at work told me that breathing through the mouth while exercising cuts into your workout.

How to keep muscles from getting sore tomorrow?

I worked out today i fast walked at an incline for 30 mins then did 30 mins of weights…i stretched a little before and i didn’t push it too much..
but i’m afraid i’ll be sore tomorrow..a friend invite me to go waterskiing and i don’t want to be sore so i won’t be able to stand lol

is there anything that can help my muscles or prevent them from getting sore tomorrow..
or is it too late?

please help me understand these calories from exercise?

Hi, I have a stationary bicycle. 1 hour of exercise says I burned 150 calories. My heart monitor watch which has my weight, age with a belt around my chest says I burned 850 calories. The internet sites quote anywhere from 800-1200 calories per hour for a fixed bike.

As I am counting my daily calorie intake, could you please help me understand if I should use 150 or 850 as an input for exercise.

to add. I think I have set my bike according to my age/weight also, but I wouldn’t put my money on it.

I’m 207 pounds and was going around 8-9 miles per hour average (keeping within fat burn zone with my watch)
