Monday, May 10th, 2010No, not tired.. exhausted! I have heard it could be because of not enough physical exercise.. but I am in karate twice a week, plus I have been in dance since I was 2.. and I love sports (mainly football, baseball, and atv riding) I also am just in 8th grade.. I eat right and all that stuff.. I am NOT over weight.. I have very much trouble sleeping at night sometimes.. but how can it be hard if I do enough physical stuff, and eat right..? I have also heard it could be because of emotional stress.. my temper is fast and I get depressed/angery easily.. could that be it? Also, the doctor said my thyroid is off. As in that could cause me to be tired/depressed/gain wait even if I eat nothing. lol.. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! me! PLZ!

Carbohydrate and protein provide energy that are found in foods, they are also supply vitamin and minerals for your body. As you can see, fat and alcohol supply around twice the kilojoules as the same amount of carbohydrate and protein, but alcohol is very bad for you, it can make you very dehardrated and if you drink too much it can reck your brain cells.
During all the process of absorption that come from the food from all the nutrients, it passes though the intestinal wall and into the bloodstream. The blood works to delivery the nutrients to the rest of the body.Every small amount of food, it has to be broken down into the nutrients that can be absorbed by the body, it might take hours to fully digest the food. The waste of the food, the body can’t use are passed out of the body as feces.
Most food contain 3 different mixture of energrgy and Nutrients, Carbohydrates is very important for providing the engrey to all the body cells in your body.The carbohdrates in yout diet should come from food like wholegrain, breeds, cereals, rice, pasta, legumes and vegtables.
Protein is important for the body it helps the creation and the maintenanceof the renewal of the body cells.
Its is important for the growth and Protein helps to repair muscles, bones, hair and fingernails etc.. Protein is also surpports the body to produce anitbodies that helps fight infections, it creats enzymes that help us to digest food and hormoines to keep the body funticationing effectively.
Fat is a Impottant source for the body, it is very high and rich energy, it also supply essential fatty acid for healthy skin , it is important that the fat carries vitamins A, E, D, K and antioxidants, Eating too much fat can increase of diease such as heart disease, diabetes type 2 and Obesity, it can be very harmful.

Friday, April 30th, 2010I want to loose weight and I have recently joined a Fitness Gym. I try to go to the group classes(Kick boxing and weight training). But I have found that when I go to Kick-box classes…I am always out of energy and have to leave half way.
