How can I get more energy.. and why am I always tired..?!!!! I need help!?

No, not tired.. exhausted! I have heard it could be because of not enough physical exercise.. but I am in karate twice a week, plus I have been in dance since I was 2.. and I love sports (mainly football, baseball, and atv riding) I also am just in 8th grade.. I eat right and all that stuff.. I am NOT over weight.. I have very much trouble sleeping at night sometimes.. but how can it be hard if I do enough physical stuff, and eat right..? I have also heard it could be because of emotional stress.. my temper is fast and I get depressed/angery easily.. could that be it? Also, the doctor said my thyroid is off. As in that could cause me to be tired/depressed/gain wait even if I eat nothing. lol.. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! me! PLZ! :(

I want to loose weight and I have recently joined a Fitness Gym. I try to go to the group classes(Kick boxing and weight training). But I have found that when I go to Kick-box classes…I am always out of energy and have to leave half way.
