Is it important to do a cardio warm-up before weight training?

I do weight training every other day, but I just got a new job so when I get to the gym at the end of the day I’m not in the mood to do cardio, so I just do weights. I do cardio every other day though, and during the day I bike at least 10-20 minutes anyway. I was just wondering if I will get the same results if I cut my cardio warm up before my weight training?

Should i do cardio before or after a weight training session?

I am staring a new weight training regimen, but i also want to do some cardio work on my lifting days, just some power walking on a treadmill. Would it be better to do it before the lifting session or after? Or does it even matter?

Would cardio exercise workout?

I weigh 304 and I am 5″11 I am trying to lose 70 lbs…I am currently aiming on going to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ( or 3 other days out the week) to do one hour of cardio (exercise bike, or treadmill..no weights) and maybe 30 minutes in the sauna…If I eat properly would I be able to see results..I’m not in a rush or anything, I just want to get in shape before I transfer to a larger university next year =) lol

Would there be any dietary supplements you recommend to help burn fat also..

i need some cardio exercises {example: cycling} where i don’t need any equipment and all and i can do it at my. It also has to be a good exercise to lose belly fat. Please give me some exercises with requirements i said. I would really appreciate it.

How long does it take for your Cardio to decrease?

I am on the Wrestling team so i am in great shape. I have a good diet, bu haven’t been to practice in a week. I havent done any cardi exercises in a week. Will my Cardio be bad when i go to practice monday? How long does it take for a good cardio to become a weak one.
High school wrestling isnt for Entertainment dummy. I need someone to answer that has brain cells

Grappling match and Cardio?

Ok, i’m gonna be grappling next week and i’d like to have some cardio workouts. I already train with my mma team 3 times a week and i’m in very good shape. But the thing is i don’t have alot of equipment. And I can’t run because its always cold and wet outside. But if the conditions are right i do run up this hill i have. The thing is like almost 90 degrees, it’s a monster.
I already do Burpees, squat jumps jumping jacks and i hit the bag for 30 mins. Is there anything else i should be doing?
And please just cardio workouts. Try to refrain from strength exercises. I’m already exceptionally strong.
Like i’m not sure but things like pushups and situps arn’t really what im looking for. Besides i’m a beast at pushups..lol
I just did 90 a little over an hour ago..lol

I hate cardio exercise! Can I substitute doing a cardio video with walking for 30 minutes?

I’m doing The Firm videos, I LOVE the muscle definition video but can’t stand doing the cardio video!! Can I just skip the cardio video and walk for about 30 minutes instead? What do you think?

Is three hours of walking as a cardio a good daily exercise?

yes I only go to school for four hours and that doesn’t start until 1 in the after noon…then I go to work at five but I get up at 8 so I have all that time to do everything and then some.
yes I’m on a diet and yes I like to walk. I walk back intho the woods and around a lake by my house to get away from all the suburbian hubbub.
