I want to start eating 5x’s a day, but small portions to increase metabolism, but also eat healthy food. I usually go by the abs diet book, and also the grapplers diet, but sometimes it’s really hard to get to eat so much and always carry that food with you, especially at my high school. Anyways, I’m in Wrestling and even when I do eat such portions I never really lose weight, although I do exercise a lot? What’s the deal here…

Monday, June 7th, 2010I live in a family of 5. 3 teens, 2 adults. We can be picky. But… Because there is 5 of us it is hard to find stuff everyone likes. 2 of the teens do not like cheese by the way. But because we are so picky we have either pasta or chicken every night! I do not mind pasta or chicken but we are tired of the same things! Please give me new recipes! THANKS

Monday, June 7th, 2010im realy desperate 4 some help here, im 14 + jst lost an arm wrestle to a guy in my year. ..what makes it worse is im one of the more muscular guys our age ..and lost miserably to someone smaller than me =/
how the hell..!?!?
anyway, if anyones got some helpful tips/tricks or experience in this sort of thing id really apreciate hearing about it.
i also heard strenthening tendons and ligaments in your arms is suposed to be important but theres so much stuff telling me which exercises are best so im all confused with that.
what should i be doing? what exercises are best to build up strength?
(im not an arm wrestler atall btw + never really took much interest in it until recently)

Another thing: i do already do weights everyday. im mostly just asking for better (specific) ways to strenthen arms/tendons/ligaments (mostly forearms though).

So, i was wondering what are some healthy recipes i could make, easy ones, not ones that contain ALOT of cooking. I don’t mind jacket potatoes, but what healthy dressing can i put on them? Not salad! Wrestling/grappling training at home?
Sunday, June 6th, 2010I’ve tried strength training and light weights and everything else I can think of, but I’m just not very good at grappling. Are there any exercises I can do on my own to build the appropriate muscles? I can’t afford a personal trainer, but there are some people I must defeat. For my honor, you know. ^_^ Any ideas?
