@ELZHARZ Seriously? I’m fairly sure her mane would have lightened by then…

  2. iHorseFoal says:

We all know he’s a Friesian, that is quite obvious. But you guys DO realize that thoroughbred has two different meanings, right? One is the actual breed of horse, the thoroughbred, and another is another term for a pedigreed and/or well bred horse.

  3. 133ilovebreyers says:

that makes no frekin sense “this stable is for thoroughbreds” when hes a friggin fresian!! haha but luv the movie ;D reply if u relized dat 2 ;D

@1234gimmeascream And btw, i’d know this because not only do I have a 2 year old filly that i’ve watched develop since she was born, but there’s two orphan foals at my barn who are handled and learned to trust humans more than anything (one 2 months old and the other 4 months old), wear halters, and even though they yearn for milk and will try to suckle on your fingers, they most certainly drink water.

  11. LinaliandNavar says:

@1234gimmeascream The foal is so weak it can’t move anyways. A foal will drink water if it doesn’t get milk, instinctually they’d know to drink water. And the foal has had the rope halter on it for most of its life already, and wore it the whole ride, and got accustomed to it. Horses learn to trust, and especially since the foal is now technically an orphan, it will try to make a “mother” out of the boy since he’s helping him. How do you think they take care of orphan foals in real life?

  12. 1234gimmeascream says:

water for a new born foal? they don’t even know what water is, they don’t drink water! they drink only their mothers milk, so that horse would be loooong dead. And also, as he was just born, he’s not used to having ropes around his face. Young horses that are getting used to it freak out like crazy the first times they even just feel the rope on their nose, and that horse just follows the boy and lets him pat his neck. Oh comeon. if those guy make a film about horses they should make it properly

When ppl say that a stable is fit for Throughbreds, they mean highly bred horses. It could be any breed :)

  22. Sleipnir101 says:

Ceaser hates Lucky because as a colt, stallions thinks that colts, like Lucky, are threats to the stallions in herds of his mares and his fillies and some day take over his herd. And why did he say “This stable is for Thoroughbreds, your not welcome here you little runt!” but he is not a thoroughbred horse he is a Friesian horse because this kind of horse is only black and has feathers on each of their hoofs.

  23. userman50 says:

a thoroughbred can refer to more than just a breed. check the words: … thorough…. …. bred… ??? im just sayin. NO the big black one aint no racehorse-thoroughbred… but he IS a pure blood. see what i mean. i aint tryin to start trouble. just… opening up your world a little.

  24. GanguroTARA says:

a frisian is a thoroughbred????? lol..but anyway the film is ok
