Which activity burn more calories in a same duration, cycling or jogging?

I am intending to do some exercise for losing my weight. I m prefer either jogging or cycling. My body can only stand about 30 minutes of exercising. Therefore, which one of the above exercises burn more calories in 30 minutes and how much calories will be burnt?

    but if you want, you can run and burn a bit more calories

    Actually if you could devide your time for the two it shall be wounderfull.

    However a more efficient method would be jogging as your whole body is in movement that is your arms, legs and etc. Exercises only would not be benefic you shall verify that your eating habit is good. With a strong will everything is possible so good luck!

    Cycling is only just better than jogging, but if you were to run hard then that would burn more.
    If you don’t want to try too hard stay with the cycling as it is much better for your body, less stress on the knees etc.

    It all depends on how hard you cycle or jog, run hard and you will burn the most. Try swimming also.
