wake up
50 crunches after breakfast
get home from school
10 sets of 60 crunches
100 bicycle crunches per leg
30 squats
15 Leg Lifts per leg (I dont know why I am doing these, but why the $%^& not?)
25 more crunches before bed
Hows this sound for being ready for wrestling next year. Im about 5’7″ and weigh 135 lbs.
After Crunches, I run a mile on the treadmill too, then do bicycle crunches.
I forgot, I do lift weights. Just not a set amount. They are 12 pound dumbells. I cant afford anything else. I lift when I have extra time, or until I am tired.
Sounds great. Throw a few push-ups in there and it’ll be even better.
CONGRATS !!! That sounds like that you are really dedicated to wrestling !!
Do you plan to go to Wrestling School once you are 18 and turn Pro ?
Awesome Plans !!!
very cool plan THE ROCK CONTINUES
Keep it up buddie!
Sounds pretty good. Remember to stretch before and after working out, though. Even pros can pull a tendon or rip a quadraceps.
You might want to work on doing the spiltz. I know it doesn’t sound practical, but wrestlers need to be flexible. Think of the 619, the frog splash, the figure 4 leg-lock.
Other than that, it sounds like you’ll make a pretty good wrestler some day.
