On the second, do 20 mins of cardio for 3 days and on 1 day do 30 mins. During the third week, do 2 days of 20 mins and 2 days of 30 mins. On the fourth week, do 4 days of 30 min cardio exercise. You should also consider doing ab exercises on the 4 days you do cardio. Eating healthy will definitely help too. Try to stay away from fried foods and starchy carbs. Choose whole grains instead. Avoid carbonated drinks because it fills your stomach up with air and makes it stick out. Drink 8 glasses of water a day because exercise makes you dehydrated.
