Would cardio exercise workout?

I weigh 304 and I am 5″11 I am trying to lose 70 lbs…I am currently aiming on going to the gym Monday, Wednesday, and Friday ( or 3 other days out the week) to do one hour of cardio (exercise bike, or treadmill..no weights) and maybe 30 minutes in the sauna…If I eat properly would I be able to see results..I’m not in a rush or anything, I just want to get in shape before I transfer to a larger university next year =) lol

Would there be any dietary supplements you recommend to help burn fat also..

    Yes you would see results, as long as you stick to your regiment. You dont need dietary supplements, all you need is hard work. Green Tea and antioxidants is good also:)

    You are on the right track. I would aim for 4 times a week of cardio exercise and 3 days of rest. For the first week, do 20 mins of cardio for 4 days. On the second, do 20 mins of cardio for 3 days and on 1 day do 30 mins. During the third week, do 2 days of 20 mins and 2 days of 30 mins. On the fourth week, do 4 days of 30 min cardio exercise. You should also consider doing ab exercises on the 4 days you do cardio. Eating healthy will definitely help too. Try to stay away from fried foods and starchy carbs. Choose whole grains instead. Avoid carbonated drinks because it fills your stomach up with air and makes it stick out. Drink 8 glasses of water a day because exercise makes you dehydrated. After a 4 weeks of cardio, ab exercies, and healthy eating, you will definitely see some results. Good luck and stay motivated!
