Is it better to workout and exercise everyday or every other day???

I do about 200 crunches, 120 proper pushups, 50 pull-ups and about half an our of parkour in my backyard everyday. I also run and do even more parkour outside 2-3 times a week. Am i doing it right? Should i run AND workout and do parkour everyday???

    its fine to workout everyday, but u can only work 1 muscle group each day since u are doing forms of weight training.. ie. abs one day, arms the next, ect

    cardio one day and muscle training the next day

    It is better for you to work out every other day if you are just starting to workout because if you work everyday it hurts your muscles and doesnt help them because you arent used to doing the workout. So you should then workout 2-3 times a week. If you are past 6 months then you could work out more days of the week then not.

    It’s good to get cardio exercise every day and rigorous exercise 3-4 days a week.

    It is better to exercise every other day, because your muscles, after lifting, need to rest for 24hrs. so you can do upper body MWF, and Lower body on Tues. & Thurs., and cardio on the weekends.
