		<description>When you get moving, it tends to get things in your body moving.  You probably would have the gas anyway, its just that you have helped move it along.  Also, when we exercise we tend to inhale and exhale more.  Maybe you are inhaling more than exhaling.  If you hold your breath, that could contribute to more air in.</description>

		<description>Maybe you never noticed that you are straining you digestive systme to hard when doing your reps. It might have to with you pushing to get the bar up and when you do that you push to hard your use your abs to much and it might affect your digestive system.</description>
