		<description>don&#039;t use caffeine before exercise. the point is to use your energy so you can build muscles and improve your heart and lungs. if you use energy drinks, it probably won&#039;t help. and yes, water is good. gatorade is good too because it gives you sugar (not caffeine) for a quick power boost. and all in all, caffeine is not good for you.</description>
