Can you become overweight by eating healthy?

Because i know all unhealthy food can make you put on weight.
If you don’t exercise but ate healthy would you be a healthy weight?

    It does not matter what you eat-if the body stores more than it uses -it is stored as fat. I know someone who wanted to be the first vegetarian that had to be buried in a piano box.

    I agree with Nathan, even Vegans can be obese. Eat in moderation. You can indulge in almost any kind of food, but don’t gorge. Push the plate away before fullness sets in . Although the fresher the food is, meaning the less processed, the better. Eat an apple, not an apple turnover. Get it. The closer to nature the food is, the healthier it is for you and to you. Make sure your body moves also, whether it’s exercise or dancing or whatever. Because that’s a big part of the equation in having a “healthy body weight.”

    If you ate a healthy diet and didn’t have any thyroid or similar type complications, you would not become overweight.

    (for my definition of healthy see greensmoothiegirl.com it includes daily green smoothies to get your green leafy veggies, a salad a day, lots of whole grain dishes, olive oil, flax oil, coconut oil and very little meat)
