when i watched my friend wakeboard it looked like you would need leg muscles just by the way you stand on the board.
I love both water sports!! Make sure your triceps are toned, if not you’ll be hurting. It would also be smart of you to make sure you have strong hamstrings and abdomens. Don’t sweat it, you’ll be a natural. Be sure to stretch before getting out there, oh and wear goggles! Have fun.
If skiing, your lower back will give out first, then legs.
Wake boarding isn’t nearly as hard on the body as it is on the arms.
I know this answer wont help much but waterskiing takes almost all of your muscles. if you are in good shape you should be fine
when i wakeboard i sometimes hurt in these places so get ready …. arms, this is kinda gross but the muscles like above the boobs sorry i had to say that and my lower back plus if you snowboard the foot that is in back get that ready because you will be using it a lot and a tip for you is never let the top of you boared go under because then you do a face plant lol i LOVE wakeboarding
